EduBridge is an IIM alumni initiative started in 2009, with the aim of bridging the nation’s skill gap and producing industry ready workforce. Over the last decade and more of its existence, has trained 200,000+ youth in key sectors such as BFSI, IT, ITES, Retail, Tourism & Hospitality, Logistics and Healthcare through Career Academies PAN India. We have also forayed into the Educational Technology space through E – ON (stands for EduBridge Online, www.edubridgeindia.com), a premier online portal that offers career development services for every stage of a learner’s career path.

The management team of EduBridge brings with itself more than 50 years of cumulative experience of working with some of the largest institutions/organizations globally like IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore, Mckinsey & Co, Procter & Gamble, NIIT, Standard Chartered, ICICI and Edelweiss. With such varied experience across sectors, EduBridge aims at catering to some of the high growth sectors like BFSI, IT, ITES, Retail, Microfinance, FMCG and Telecom with its manpower solutions.

Through partnerships with corporates and leading academicians of the country, EduBridge brings together the right mix of academic rigor and practical relevance to the training curriculum which is customized for different sectors. The youth are put through a rigorous training programme, where the facilitator is assisted by technology through an in-house Learning Management System, which helps develop the skills required by corporate clients.
