CSR Programs

Our programs provide training and create a unique space to make skill development aspirational for youth from underserved pockets of the nation. We foster a culture of innovation, exploration and learning for youth and help corporates contribute to the skilling ecosystem, eventually linking them to employment or entrepreneurial careers.

The CSR programs at EduBridge command a terrific outreach. Our aim resides at driving the youth from underserved pockets to associate themselves in the corporate space as we fulfill India’s skilled manpower requirements and in the process also help bridge the gap between the corporates who need skilled talent and youth who are looking for employment in such corporates. We ensure youth are placed at salaries that help them rise above the poverty line and address the unemployment issue in general. We are equipped with the ability to accelerate career paths and leverage the youth build to the National Demographic Dividend. As the 7th Training Partner under NSDC, all our programs are part of the Skill India Mission Framework and follow the guidelines set forth by the NSDC and SSCs to achieve the standards of the training of the highest repute.

Anatomy of the CSR Program: 360 Degree Intervention model

Integrated/Holistic Career Development Program including Mobilizing, Counseling, Training, Assessments and Certification, Placements and Post Placement Support

The Team will include Trainers, Mobilizers/Social Workers, Counselors, Placement officers and Program Managers along with other shared resources as necessary

Beneficiaries would be in the 18 – 30 years age group and would be graduates who are unable to secure employment for themselves or looking to upskill and find better job opportunities. The eligibility criteria will vary depending on the courses they opt for

Atleast 40% of the beneficiaries will be women to create awareness and generate equal opportunities for them
5
Training to be delivered offline, online or in a hybrid model through Master trainers and technology-enabled, Learning Management System for standard training delivery

3 month counseling support post placement provided to all Alumni

Beneficiaries are insured in case of sudden job loss in situations like the pandemic through third party partners

On completion of the course, more than 70% of the trained candidates will be gainfully employed with leading recruiters in the industry with salaries much above minimum wages

Joint Certification by Donor, NGO partner, NSDC, and EduBridge

Internal Assessments to be conducted after each module and also at start, mid and end of training

Major Impact created through the Programs

Skill Based Impact
We can skill 350+ youth through a single offline Academy while the virtual and hybrid can manage an uptick of 500+ learners through a single location on an annual basis.
Employability and Income Impact
70% of the trained youth secures a placement with salaries above minimum wages that positively impact that household income by 50%-100%.
Sustainable Career Paths
A maximum number of trained youth is placed on jobs at the end of six months during which period the learners are rigorously trained through intensive project work, group projects and individual assignments. In conjunction, through advisory we drive sustainable career paths for learners with an impetus for the youth to accelerate in the same.
Women Employment
The skilling initiative will address the issue of women’s participation in the corporate space by ensuring a talent pool of women is directed towards a workforce to build an inclusive working environment placing 40%-50% women on jobs.
